When ever we hear the word cheese, pizza comes in our minds. Italians have used cheese in such an amount in pizza that now it is considered as a significant part of pizza.
In routine life, we eat a lot of cheese in different ways that we even do not notice. Like me eat in our sandwiches,burgers & now even in pastries.
Cheese contains a considerable amount of fats from milk.We should be careful about how much amount of fats we are taking in our diet each day.It is a thought of the day to make our diet balance by including more fruits and veges to our food.

Metabolism Myth: 6 meals per day instead of 3

Everyone of us have heard at least once in our life that the more frequently you eat the food but in less quantity the more likely you are going to lose your fats.But seriously guys, this information is misinterpreted in diet magazines and booklets. This is totally a myth that you can have 6-8 meals a day instead of 3 meals.

When you start eating more meals but in little quantity, you are going to lose your fitness. It is not a good practice to take more meals instead of 3(breakfast,lunch,dinner) basic meals. You think that you are taking less calories but you don't know that at least 10% of the taken  energy is used to digest the food. And if someone ask that one can get lean muscle by eating more often but less quantity meals, the answer is simply NO.
