The food and exercise are really connected for the perfect fitness. when u take your diet, it is necessary to take out the required energy out of it and the remain should be thrown.
The best way to remain healthy is exercise. Whatever u take as your diet, it gives u energy. And if u just start eating food and do not consume it, u will be going to be in the list of FAT people shortly. When one exercises, one burns the calories which helps to maintain the body fit and healthy.
