From a toddler to an old man, every one rides a bicycle. Some ride it for fun and earning while many of them use bicycle to keep them fit. there are many advantages of cycling.

  • Burn your calories.
  • Build your muscles.
  • Build your stamina.
  • Heal your heart.
  • Eat up your fats.
  • Good for tour immune system and mental health.

One can not explains all the benefits of cycling in an article because it is a worth doing exercise.It do not require any previous experience and expensive equipment.All you have to do is to take a bicycle and go for a ride. You can observe the progress in a week....
